At LIREVAH, every piece is personalized and carefully made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will always do our best to assist you before production starts.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Our team will carefully review your case and work with you to provide a suitable solution, including replacement or support when applicable.

 

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are unavailable once production has begun. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always do our best to resolve any order issues fairly and thoughtfully.

 

Return Shipping

Approved returns, if applicable, may require return shipping at the customer’s expense unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each order enters production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations are only possible within a limited time after the order is placed. Once production begins, modifications may no longer be possible due to the personalized nature of each piece.
